Hey Martin, that is Former Mayor of New York, David Dinkins. He served from 1990-93. So the three of these guys in one photo carries a lot of New York history! Even with out knowing it you take great photos. I like how it looks like Al Sharpton is about to strangle David Dinkins. Very Fitting. Fernando Ferrer was Bronx boro president from 1987 to 2001 ! Long Time and he lives in the Bronx.
